Tip 36- Is Your Poop Normal?

It’s a delicate subject, so I’ll make this quick:

 Stool is waste containing elements that could cause you harm. The key is to get it out of your body as quickly as possible, and this is where the problems begin. According to Dr. Oz, you should be pooping after you have consumed 3 meals. The average American doesn’t poop until they have eaten 8 meals-that’s two or more days!

Your goal is to eat 25-30 grams of fiber everyday. Most people eat less than 10 grams a day.

 Weekend tip: Buy and eat some of these fiber rich foods:

Raspberries (1/2 cup)= 6 grams

Apple= 3 grams

Broccoli (1 cup)= 5 grams

Beans (1/2 cup)= 7 grams

Make sure you drink plenty of water when consuming high fiber foods. If dehydrated, you can get constipated, making your problem worse!
