These soups are so convenient but I’ve found most don’t taste great. I love the boxed tomato soup on a cold day but I like to add some magic and make it taste homemade.
I found this wonderful Curry sauce at Costco the other day. One of my New Year’s rituals is to add more curry or turmeric to my family’s meals. While the sauce tastes good, I decided to add my own stamp to it.

The propellants most commonly used in cooking sprays are butane and propane, which can be liquefied at room temperature. Butane is used in cigarette lighters. Propane is used for residential heating and in portable stoves.
At 680 degrees Fahrenheit, Teflon releases at least six toxic gases, including two carcinogens, according to a study by the Environmental Working Group, a nonprofit watchdog organization. If your Teflon pan has the potential to kill a pet bird, why risk it when there are wonderful alternatives to Teflon?
