Fast Food De-Tox Smoothie

For an extra boost, try this!

Fast Food De-Tox Smoothie:

1 cup of ice

1 ½ cups of frozen berries

½ to ¾  cup of kale or spinach

3/4 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon natural almond or peanut butter (optional)

1 tablespoon ground Flaxseed.

Toss in your blender, I use a Vita-Mix and love it! Mix to desired consistency and enjoy.

    I would like to try this recipe but I am lactose intolerant, what can I use to substitute the yogurt?
