05 May ⭐️ 5-Minute Mediterranean Tuna Salad ⭐️
Let’s not make #quarantinelife any worse…
The last thing I need to do is emerge from lockdown with an extra 15 pounds. 😲
I find that I’m skipping lunch during the day and eating a #ginormous dinner. I’ve got to get back to making a healthy [but quick] lunch.
This is my current fav [NO cook] lunch…
⭐️ 5-Minute Mediterranean Tuna Salad ⭐️
INGREDIENTS:
⁍ Bag of salad [or any lettuce greens]
⁍ 1 can of your favorite tuna [Make sure it has an MSC label, which means it’s good for the oceans & helps with sustainability! I ❤️ @chickenoftheseaofficial]
⁍ ½ cup feta [crumbled]
⁍ 1/4 cup of each of these ingredients:
……. Sliced Kalamata olives
……. Chopped cukes
……. Cherry tomatoes [halved]
……. Sliced avocado
DIRECTIONS:
❶ Grab a bag of salad
❷ Add the avocado, Kalamata olives, cukes, cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta, & [drained] can of tuna
❸ Top w/your favorite vinaigrette [I ❤️@bragglivefoodproducts]
