Tip 37- Can Fiber Help You Lose Weight?

Increase weight loss by adding fiber. Some of the fat you eat gets mixed with the fiber, which then gets excreted (sounds gross, but it’s a good thing).
 
Eating fiber makes you feel fuller, longer, helping to limit your trips to the refrigerator.
 
Today’s tip: Add a high fiber fruit to your morning breakfast cereal. Raspberries have twice the fiber of most other fruits; half a cup has 4 grams of fiber.

    Hi, I am having a hard time regulation my blood glucose. I don’t know which foods to add or to eliminate. the doctor has my on Metformin 500mg, but it is now lowering my levels. I have a lot of fatigue. Thanks for any information.

    fibre meal is good for health……….. if you are suffering from blood glucose than don’t take any kind of sugar products and do some excercise…..
