The Six Week Health Overhaul
During the next six weeks you will meet with your nutritionist every week for half an hour in the privacy of your own home or office. During this time, you will discuss your health concerns, goals and health history. You will receive the following services during your six week commitment:
1. A personalized nutrition program along with a daily food guide.
2. A list of high energy snacks, chosen just for you and your lifestyle.
3. List of healthy foods for your pantry and quick meal ideas.
4. A list of healthy snack and meal ideas for your kids/family.
5. Weekly goal setting and program changes.
6. Fitness and workout advice and ideas for your personal program.
7. Ideas for eating out in restaurants or while traveling (airport food ideas).
8. Disease prevention plans to help you avoid illnesses such as, diabetes, cancer and high blood pressure/cholesterol.
9. Email support.
