Wellness coaching w/ Deborah
Are you sick and tired of feeling tired? Are you ready to get off the weight loss/gain roller coaster?
Then it's time to hire Deborah Enos as your personal wellness coach.
Here's how it works:
Step One:
Contact Deborah at, deborah@deborahenos.com to set up your initial appointment.
Step Two:
Click on the health history form at the bottom of this page, fill it out and email it back.
Step Three:
Pick a program that will help you achieve your wellness goals. Choose from The Six Week Health Overhaul or talk to Deborah about booking one or two half hour consultations.
You can then pay for your program with you credit card, paypal or personal check. If you pay by credit card, go to the "Shop 'till you Drop" tool bar to pay for your sessions. If you wish to pay with a personal check, you will receive an invoice that you can then pay with your check or money order.
Step Four:
Now the fun begins! Deborah will put on her food-detective hat and research your health problems and concerns and design a food plan along with an excellent system to help you keep it in place. She will then e-mail it to you and set up a telephone appointment to discuss the new routine and answer any questions. A very important aspect of this program is accountability. When you set goals and share them with someone else, you are much more likely to reach those goals. During your first phone call, you will set some goals for the immediate week and for the next six weeks. For example: perhaps you need to eat two vegetables per day or exercise for twenty minutes as an immediate goal, and for a long term goal you want to lose twenty-five pounds and commit to exercising three times a week. Your goals will be an individual decision and your goals will be very attainable during the six week time period.
You will meet with Deborah on the phone every week for six weeks for half an hour. Each week you will set new goals and discuss your progress and any problems you may be encountering establishing a new routine. After working with Deborah for six weeks, you will have met many of your wellness goals and you will have had time to establish new health habits that you can utilize for the rest of your life.
