27 Oct Gluten Free* Pizza Recipe
This pizza is so good that when I make it I somehow end up with a houseful of teenagers.
Step 1: Preheat oven per instructions on package. Place the crust on a cookie sheet and heat the crust for about 5 minutes and remove from oven.
Step 2: Add 1 tsp of pre-made pesto (I like the Kirkland Signature pesto) and 1 tsp of chopped olives (I use the Trader Joe’s olive tapenade) and place back in oven for about 6 minutes.
Step 3: Remove from oven and cover the pizza crust with clean and dry arugula (or greens of your choice) and sprinkle with 1 Tbs. of your favorite vinaigrette.
*this can also been made in a toaster oven-perfect for dorm rooms.
**the last pic is not one of my teenagers. Apparently, this pizza also attracts my husband.
