So the best way to get rid of your belly fat is by eating more MUFA foods. MUFA foods are monounsaturated fatty acids, and they come from plant sources. So, the best way to figure out if it’s a MUFA, is if it’s a healthy fat, so it doesn’t come from an animal.
So, here’s some great examples. Avocado is a MUFA, almonds, nuts, oatmeal, kale, and one of my favorites, dark chocolate. Kind Bar makes a great one, it’s called dark chocolate and sea salt. So the best way to get rid of some of your belly fat is to include a little bit of MUFA at every meal.
The whole meal does not have to be MUFA, so you might just put a few nuts on your oatmeal, have some kale in your salad, a little bit of dark chocolate after your meal, and you’ll be burning belly fat like crazy.
