If trying to lose weight, limit your food choices by type and color-the more choices you have, the more you’ll eat. If you’re trying to cut back on your evening meal, stick with one or two food options and foods that are the same color (boring, but worth a try).
Also, don’t eat in the dark! Eating your meal with soft lighting or in the dark, like a movie theater, can cause you to eat significantly more calories.
Today’s Tip: Instead of including a protein, veggie and starch in your meal, drop the carbs. You’ll eat fewer calories and have less to clean up; did I just make your weekend?
