Tip 39- You Should Be Afraid of the Dark. Here’s Why:

If trying to lose weight, limit your food choices by type and color-the more choices you have, the more you’ll eat. If you’re trying to cut back on your eve­ning meal, stick with one or two food options and foods that are the same color (boring, but worth a try).

Also, don’t eat in the dark! Eating your meal with soft lighting or in the dark, like a movie theater, can cause you to eat significantly more calories.

Today’s Tip: Instead of including a protein, veggie and starch in your meal, drop the carbs. You’ll eat fewer calories and have less to clean up; did I just make your weekend?
